3. Branding and Graphic Designing

   • Conceptual Stage: If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts and wish to terminate the project, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the cost of the work completed up to that point.
   • Post-Concept Approval: Once the concepts are approved and the final design phase has commenced, refunds are not available.

Non-Refundable Services

• Domain name registrations and renewals
• Web hosting services
• Third-party services or products purchased on your behalf
• Any additional costs incurred by Callous Web Private Limited during the course of the project
